Market Structure

Swing highs & lows

Markets move in waves

Price never moves in a straight line. It pushes, pauses and pulls back. The turning points are swing highs (a peak with lower highs on both sides) and swing lows (a valley with higher lows on both sides). Every structure tool you will learn is built on them.
