Support & resistance

Floors and ceilings

Support is a price area where falls have stopped before; resistance is where rises have stopped. Think in areas, not exact lines. The more clean reactions a level has, the more traders watch it.

Remember: A bullish bounce off support or a bearish rejection at resistance shows the level matters.
